Roles: co-director, playback

Dancing with the Athens Stars – named after the popular ABC reality show – is a local dancing competition and fundraiser, benefiting the American Red Cross of Southeastern Ohio. Well-known dancers and local leaders practice for months to get on stage and earn viewer votes. One vote equaled one dollar, and this fundraiser earned over $40,000 each year with the live broadcast playing a huge role in the donation drive.

2021 – present

Roles: director/producer

Produces and directs weekly livestream productions, directly supervising one to two members of media team. Incorporates live bands, choirs, instrumentalists, as well as pre-recorded video materials.

2013, 2015-2018

Roles: camera operator

The show at Stuart’s Opera House features Athens and Nelsonville talent paying tribute to some of music’s biggest stars with performances on the Stuart’s stage, all to raise money for the opera house, which was built in 1879.

Multi-day music festival featured musical artists from the local community and across the country.
